(1)高度的责任感。作为一名学生干部，必须树立为同学服务的意识。只有具备了高度的责任感才能真正做到为广大同学服务。按时完成组织上交付的任务。
(2)踏实肯干的务实精神。部门工作，不是纸上谈兵，不需要夸夸其谈，重要的还是一份务实的精神，一步一个脚印，做好自己分内的事。
